The vision of Century Trust is rooted in Isaiah 58:12:

What Do We Offer?

Buying on contract.

For clients who are able to make a significant down payment toward the purchase of a home. Normally these contracts are 3-5 years in length with a balloon payment at the end of the term.

Rent with the option to buy.

In this program clients rent for the first twelve months. If our clients are current ten out of the twelve months, then they can enter into a program in which the next twenty-four months can begin to reduce the total purchase price (if financing is obtained at the end of the period).

Both of these options can assist in raising the client’s credit score and help provide a new sense of ownership.
